Chief Financial Officer

Amzy Hibler is the Chief Financial Officer of ALiBrX, where he oversees financial strategy, capital management, governance, and investor engagement as the company transitions from technology development to pilot execution, commercialization, and large-scale deployment of its brine-minerals extraction and manufacturing platform.

With over 30 years of global leadership experience, Amzy is a seasoned finance executive who combines Fortune 500 expertise with the agility of a startup. His professional journey has taken him across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, providing him with extensive insight into building and managing complex organizations in diverse markets and regulatory environments.

Before joining ALiBrX, Amzy spent nearly three decades at Chevron, where he held senior positions in finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and regional operations. Most notably, he served as CFO of Chevron Midstream Operations, overseeing financial strategy for a $24 billion pipeline and infrastructure business. He also led finance teams in Southeast Asia and Central Asia/Middle East, focusing on capital deployment, governance, and restructuring in complex operational settings.

After his tenure at Chevron, Amzy worked as Deputy CFO of DNO ASA, a publicly traded Norwegian oil and gas company, where he managed corporate finance, reporting, treasury, and capital markets engagement. In recent years, he has advised and led multiple growth-stage companies, enhancing governance, scaling finance operations, and aligning capital strategies with business goals.

At ALiBrX, Amzy collaborates closely with the Board, CEO, and leadership team to ensure disciplined capital deployment in line with technology milestones, commercialization pathways, and long-term growth objectives.

Amzy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, an MBA, a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization, and a Master of Legal Studies. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and he has recently completed advanced legal studies at Texas A&M University School of Law, further enhancing his expertise in governance, risk, and compliance.
